Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern West Virginia celebrates the hope and strength of the families we serve through the help of fundraising events to raise critical funds to continue our programs. Help critically ill children receive the life-saving medical care they need with their families by their side.

Become a part of a live audience on Monday, April 29, 2024, and watch James Beard Award-Nominated Chef Paul Smith and Michael Seeburger from The Volstead Room battle against each other in the Ronald McDonald House kitchen! Each chef will use the McDonald’s Japan menu flavors to inspire their dish. Chefs will be judged by a panel of local celebrity judges for the Best Chef Award and by YOU for the People’s Choice Award!  Watch the action and vote for your favorite chef while enjoying an array of hors d’ourves, beer, and wine selections!

The Red Shoe Gala serves as our primary fundraiser of the year, and your participation is critical to our continued ability to provide comfort and care to children and their families.
