Providing comfort, care, and a place to stay

so families with sick or injured children can focus on what matters most

Being together is the best medicine

At Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern West Virginia, we understand the importance of family, especially when a child is hospitalized. Our House provides a welcoming, home-like environment where families can stay together and find comfort while their child receives medical care. Open 365 days a year, we offer a safe and private place to rest and recharge, ensuring families can focus on what matters most—their child’s health.

“I had my daughter at 33 weeks, and she stayed In the NICU for 2 weeks. Of course, it was stressful, but the Ronald McDonald House gave us a place to stay where I could walk over to my daughter anytime I wanted. I love the Ronald McDonald House and couldn’t thank them enough!”
