Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern WV features a Meeting Space, available for use by outside groups. The room is available seven days a week between the hours of 9:00am and 9:00pm with prior scheduling.
The room can accommodate 20 – 25 people with access to wireless Internet, telephone conferencing, and television.
In addition to hosting your meeting at our facility, we would love the opportunity for you and your guests to learn more about how we help families. If your group would like a tour or would like to have an RMHC representative speak with your group during your visit, please contact us before your arrival.

While the Ronald McDonald House Meeting Room can be used by your group at no charge, we encourage you to consider making a monetary donation of $25 to $50 per hour or visit our Wish List to see if there are any items you can contribute to help us meet our mission. We rely heavily on the community’s generous support to provide lodging and support for the children and families.
